Empire Automation Systems is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our team. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing a high level of service to surpass internal and external customer expectations while working in a comprehensive team selling environment. The CSR serves as an inside sales point of contact for all products and divisions with the ability to handle many customer requirements in parallel with the outside sales team.
